A list of sites that already agreed to publish, quoted per placement with a commission on top. The inventory is whoever signed up, so a site that genuinely fits what you publish is a coincidence rather than a criterion.

A database, a mail merge and a dashboard. Finding sites worth writing to, writing something a person will actually answer, chasing the reply, and checking a month later that the link is still there, all of that stays yours.
The middle, built
An execution layer, not a list
Pressmerit is the layer in between: the one that executes. It searches the open web instead of a catalogue, scores what it finds against your own pages, verifies a work contact, drafts a pitch you can edit before it goes out, and turns the send into a request the publisher can answer in one tap, with an account only if they accept.
Then it keeps watching. Every placement is verified on publication, checked weekly through the first month, and re-checked every 30 days for as long as the subscription is active. When a link disappears you hear it from us, not from a ranking report three months later.
What it does not do is promise a link. Publishers say no, often for good reasons, and no platform can guarantee otherwise. The ones that imply it are quoting you inventory that was already for sale. Pressmerit is priced for that reality: one subscription, every per-action price published before you spend anything, and nothing charged against an individual placement.
