This is a working draft, published early rather than held back: the rest of the site makes commitments about how Pressmerit handles data, and they should be checkable somewhere. The structure and the substance below describe how the platform actually operates. The wording is not final, and everything marked in brackets is settled with counsel before launch.
It is a short page, because there is very little to describe — and what it describes is already true today, draft or not.
What this site sets
This site sets no analytics cookies. If that changes, this page and a consent banner change first.
There is no advertising pixel, no cross-site tracker, and no profile of you assembled from a visit here. One cookie is set, by the routing layer that decides which language version to serve, and it is listed below rather than glossed over.

The analytics we do run
Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which its vendor documents as cookieless: no cookie, and no persistent identifier stored in your browser. What it returns to us is aggregate — pages, referrers, countries — with no route back to an individual reader.

If you arrived from an email
A link in a request sent through Pressmerit carries an identifier for that request, so the claim page can open the right one. It travels in the URL, not in a cookie, and it identifies the request rather than the person opening it.
